JVC THD50 Integrated DVD Home Theater System Review from William H Zucker. Outstanding, Sounds pretty good. But just confirmed with JVC’s Tech Support that when you play an MP3 disk and then turn off the power, you have to start the disk at track 1 every time you start up again. You might have expected this 10 years ago, but now it’s inexcusable. And you’re limited to 150 songs without creating extra “groups”.
But most limiting: there is only one external audio input called “Video”. So if you want to hear the TV sometimes and sometimes another device like an XM receiver, you’re out of luck, unless you continually reconfigure the inputs.
Just too limited for a receiver – going back to where it came from.
