Dell Inspiron 1470 14-Inch Cherry Red Laptop Up to 5 Hours 29 Minutes of Battery Life Review from Michael Short. Recommend avoiding Dell products and services, I’ve had a Dell Inspiron for a little over a year, and it’s been a constant problem. Multiple home visits to replace parts,technicians that have come to fix the machine and end up breaking it; calls to Indian customer service that route me to non-working telephone numbers; any requests to talk to a manager result in being cut-off. The machine has been down for probably a month in the past 12 months. An incredibly poor level of support and hardware.
